I would like to rate a 5 STAR to this clinic. Highly appreciated on your service towards my father's vaccination. Fast and efficient clinic I have visited in my life.

I would like to recommend the management team of Poliklinik Hidayah they should upgrade their old-school interface clinic towards the modern style. It's time for them to make some improvements for their lasting brand. The services provided is an average. Most doctor here is an experienced and senior. Others than that is ok.

told that one doctor that i'm migraine . then he just check my pressure and told that i'm normal . and he just wanna give me medicine without even checked me again . wasted my time and money boooo

I would like to give zero star actually,the doctor has no manners like he can say”macam mana hang kerja kalau asyik sakit”,he can’t talk nicely,it is not recommended to come here.

The checkup are not really helpful when you're sick but they think you're not. The doctor doesn't have empathy toward their patient.. the medicine is so expensive and even don't get to claim medical chip for the day.. bad services.. 👎

Doc checking just 1min and charge rm60 for medicine.. doc already said im not fever but still give medicine for fever.. last time i go to this clinic..

Bad service. Reception unfriendly. Dr didn't even check the patient..

If possible i would give zero star. My daughter had rash and visited for treatment. The doctor wasnt child-friendly and no ethic of working. He check my daughter's ulcer in mouth very very roughly. Harsh handling. Will never come again eventho there is no option available in parit buntar. I would prefer go to other clinic in different area. Very bad doctor.

If you dont afford to be a doctor please choose different field. Jangan naya anak orang!

Not all people are there to seek for MCs. Attend ur patients first then only decide whether they are there for their MC-benefit or they really need ur doctor-help. My sister was very frustrated with ur service. This is not to condemn but to help u to be better in future...

My son had fever and visited for treatment. Too bad that the doctor wasnt child-friendly. All infant patients cried loudly. Including my son, due to harsh handling. Will try not come again unless no other options available.

Staff so rude and liar. Im asking them if they are panel clinic for TNB.They answered yes but then said go to other branch at bagan serai.

Tulis waktu operasi pukul 9 pagi tapi doctor terhegeh2 pukul 9.30 baru datang. Lepas tu aku ni kalau sihat aku tak datang la klinik. Doktor laki muda tu agak biadap ye. Kalau orang tak datang klinik hang ni, hang tak boleh nak suap anak bini hang makan la
