I requested for my vehicle registration cert on Sunday and told the staff I need it urgent by Thursday. At that time the staff looks irritated and annoyed even when he just wanted to open the door and communicate with me. I asked if I could get my car cert by then and he said yes and ask me to wait for their call. Now when I went back on Thursday in case my car cert reached but they didn't not call me, just to found out that my cert still not yet here. This time around the staff looks calm, said that I should have called JB branch to send out my cert urgently, he didn't know how they work, and they have called and email JB branch but still my cert is not here and suggest me to go JPJ to issue a new car cert. Hello now it's already 2.30pm on Thursday at Kelantan, did you even think when you suggesting me this when the nearest JPJ is 32km away? Seriously why wouldn't you tell me on the first day itself to call the JB branch but backfired me now and putting the blames on others? And instead of I going to the bank to solve my problem you just create more problem for me.

Great disappointment really with how public bank staff handle issues.

The staff didn't give proper guidance to the customers.. worst behaviour..
