I stumbled upon their driver at the KFC in Jerantut, while looking for a transport to Kuala Tehan. He took me to the agency, where the nice lady sold me the ticket, then the 2 days jungle trek, and the ticket to Kuala Besut, my next destination- btw, the lady can sell refrigerators to eskimos.
People complaining about the jungle trek, well, it is a trek in the jungle? Don't know what you expect. Want to be comfortable, there are boarded walkways in Kuala Tahan, that you can use.
I can only recommend the agency and the tours they sell, they are very professional, and it is also convenient to be able to plan and pay for everything in one place. Also, they take payment by card, which is a big plus in that part of the world.

Straight up efficient service. There was a mini bus driver waiting at Jerantut bus station for incoming passengers onto Kuala Tahan, for Taman Negara. 40 Ringet per person, we felt was a fair price. The journey took an hour. There was no option of a public bus to the village at that time.

Friendly service throughout. We used NKS for transport to onto Kuala Besut Jeti for onward travel to Perhentian islands. This was a long 7 hour journey with a stop for food about 2 hours in.

Our mini bus broke down 5 hours in. And credit to our driver he was gracious, apologetic and humorous in what could of been a stress full situation. He managed to fix our bus to get going again.

We have had a few problematic journeys through SE Asia and we really appreciated the drivers efforts on this one. Great service by all at NKS.

This company doesn’t have polished vans and the best aircon but their service is amazing. From start to finish on our journey the driver was very happy and friendly. We stopped for lunch & also we’re able to ask any questions. The van actually broke down and he was quick to report it and keep us informed. We didn’t think we would make our 5pm boat from Taman Negara but the driver put his foot down & rang multiple people to ensure the boat waited for our bus. Thanks again!

What an owner this place has ! Very honest. He gave us all the best advices for our journey from Taman Negara to Melacca. He offers us free shuttle from the bus station to Jerantut Central.

Through my hostel in Cameron Highlands, I got the number of an NKS employee. She helped me perfectly and explained and booked everything for me. When I arrived in Jerantut (from Cameron Highlands), she walked me through all options to go to Kuala Tahan and what to do there. I booked to go there by boat, a night walk in Taman Negara and a day tour where you do some hiking and go see a waterfall and indigenous village. You can book this when you're in Kuala Tahan as well, but as much as I've heard prices are all the same.

When I got dropped off at the boat to go to Kuala Tahan, I forgot my fleece vest in the minivan. The minivan would bring others to Cameron Highlands from there so for a second I thought I'd lost it. I texted the NKS employee and she arranged with the driver to bring back my vest to Jerantut so when I got back from the jungle I had my vest again. Very happy with this! Thank you.

I chose NKS tour guide to visit Taman Negara. Ms. Mala is the best coordinator that I ever met! Really appreciate!

Booked transport from Jerantut to Kuala Tahan. Van ride from Jerantut to Kuala Tembeling costs rm5 per person (cheaper than taxi which is rm30). Boat ride from Kuala Tembeling to Kuala Tahan is rm45 per person per trip.

Person working at NKS is quite informative. Told us most of the things we need to know such as purchasing entry permit and camera permit.

Good service, not pushy. I used them a few times for transport and they provided info and made sure everyone got to their destination.

They made us a schedule for visiting Taman Negara and Cameron Highlands, very content of it.

Auch wenn andere vielleicht eine schlechte Erfahrung in der Vergangenheit mit NKS hatten, bei uns hat alles super geklappt! Ich hab im Bus zu den Cameron Highlands leider meine wichtigsten Dokumente vergessen und dies erst nach dem Check-in in der Unterkunft in Tanah Rata bemerkt. Die Agentur hat alles sehr schnell geregelt und der Busfahrer ist extra noch mal für mich umgedreht, um mir meine Dokumente zu bringen! Binnen einer Stunde hatte ich sie zurück. 👌Ansonsten haben wir auch die Long-Trekking Tour im Taman Negara über NKS gebucht. Wir waren 10 Personen in der Gruppe, eine angenehme Größe. Unser Guide war super entspannt, hat tolle Sachen auf dem Trek gezeigt, konnte gut Englisch, war freundlich, gut gelaunt und hat immer gefragt, ob es der Gruppe gut geht und hatte side-facts und insights zu bieten. Leider wissen wir seinen Namen nicht mehr. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn NKS ihm diese Rückmeldung weiterleiten würde. 😊 Wir haben am 23.11.2023 diese Tour mit ihm gemacht.

Sehr hilfsbereite Reiseagentur mit fairen Preisen.
Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft am Busbahnhof von einem Mitarbeiter angesprochen, ob wir in den Taman Negara wollten. Dann wurden wir zum Reisebüro gefahren, von wo wir gemeinsam mit einigen anderen Touristen für einen fairen Preis (30 RM pro Person) nach Kuala Tahan gefahren wurden.
Außerdem half man uns, die Weiterreise nach Tioman zu organisieren. Da wir bei unserer Ankunft feststellen mussten, dass die Fernbusse ausgebucht waren, hat uns die Agentur einen sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen privaten Fahrer organisiert.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Kommunikation, dem Service und den Preisen.
