Went today morning to open a new kwsp account, super friendly and patient staff at front counter which assisted me at the kiosk registration and the other at computers site to help open the i-akaun straight

Lpas tu serah dokumen, dduk..staff yg akn dtg dkt kita bg no giliran, brcakp sgt sopan..smpaikan ank ckp rasa nk dtg lg.Ada srg staff tu siap dtg ke krusi mnunggu utk pnggil customer bila smpai giliran.First time tgok pej krajaan bg layanan sebaik ni. Tahniah utk smua staff.
