Esplanade Temerloh

Very nice river, try to visit on day and night. Very different feel. During the day time there are river cruise and some shops aeound.
During the night it is cooling and have a romantic vibe. The temerloh sign is especially pronounce at night.

Best place for family time. The air is fresh and the scenery is pleasing to the eyes. The best isbthis place is easy to access and always upgraded by the government.

unlucky for me as the bridge is closed on monday😂 and the walkway on riverside is flooded 😱

There's another attraction when you come to Temerloh besides the Famous Ikan Patin and it is called Wagga Wagga Avenue. This signboard remarks the friendship established between two cities, Temerloh and his twin city, Wagga Wagga, Australia since 1967.

If you come here at night during weekend, you can go to Bazar Karat (night market), on Sunday morning you can spend at Pekan Sehari (Pekan Sari) /Morning Market where you can find many local and traditional delicacies, sayur kampung , Clothes etc .

I would suggest people to come here on Sunday coz we have a really long pasar pagi with assorted things sell here. And after buying there, just have a little picnic with your family or friends. It's nice 🥰

Sunday Pekan Sehari Temerloh. A place to be if you happen to pass by or in the area on Sundays. From as early as 7.30am the sellers are ready for the visitors/customers.
I realised that there are people from as far as Kuantan and KL who purposely came to Temerloh for the "pekan sehari" (which is not totally correct as it start "closing" by noon).
Locals come for breakfast, "kuihs" and daily needs. Others for the famous "wild" freshwater fish as there are a lot of them sold here. It will be your luck if you can find your desired fish. Otherwise you can purchase the reared caged patin or tilapia which are widely sold.
Handy crafts, collectibles, clothing and even IT gadgets can also be found here.
For me - morning walk, burn some calories walking! Could be 4 to 5km from where you park your car!!
