I went to this branch to get my housing loan's statement. There's only four customers at that time. I was supposed to meet the person in charge at Table 7/8. However, I have waited foreverrrr. The person at the table 8 was busy with his phone. I reconfirm my number with the sister at the reception table. I asked if it's normal "lama ke tunggu?". Her response; "Ya. Memang lama tunggu". Like seriously. Sabor jela.

Customer service out, tak memuaskan, staff layan customer acuh tak acuh.. sgt2 tak membantu customer, kita ni tak reti nak isi deposit utk bank in cek, bila tanya staff bank islam dia soh kita isi je siap cakap lagi pandai baca kan.. mmg la kita pandai baca, tapi kita tak tau bahagian mana yang perlu di isi.tolongla tunjuk ajar itu pun susah ke?

srsly service teruk di kaunter yg Ade 2 saje kaunter...masa kita mintak tlg ajarkan sbb tak faham dia boleh main fon je🥲 kami ni nk support bank islam haihh...banyak sgt problem bank ni 😅

Everything was ok. but a little bit unstatisfied with the lady staf dkt kaunter first yg tmpt ambil nombor tu. tak memasal awal awal masuk dh kena marah ;)
