I've never been to this vet clinic before and we (me & my family members) have engaged with Dr Randolf and his staffs for 3 times for urgent house calls. we are grateful that doctor and his staffs would do house calls because nowadays, vet doctors don't usually entertain customers/pet owners who request for house calls. We requested for an emergency house call for our sick dog a week ago and doctor came to take blood of my dog for a blood test and on the same day the results was shared via WhatsApp. Later on the same day, medicines were delivered to our house. Yesterday, we also called for an emergency for advice and we were entertained well. All in all, I am grateful for everything as of to date as I am writing this review. Thank you everyone from SVSS. The vet & team really take good care of the baby bird.

The story is:
My kid put handyplus the bird. They saw it fallen from the nest. The kids thought put handyplus the birds wings, their intentions is to help but.. Sight.. I was shocked y they did that.i try myself to slowly open, but the glue is very hard and sticky..
So we were rush to SVSS. And their to do great job without charge. Im so grateful.

Made reservation for my big furbaby for spaying today(Kempen Kembiri). It didn't take long. We were asked to bring in our doggy from the back entrance. Doc injected the anesthesic and in few seconds goes into anesthesia. They brought our dog in for surgery & done within 15mins or more. Brought him back home & now he's resting. 👏👍👍

Doc randolf paza really did a great job to save my cat's life. Tq doc n team.

Very trust worthy vet! All good human in the vet. Truthful honest sincere and very caring. Wil not disappoint you and your furry baby. My 200% trust with them. Strongly recommend. ❤

I was here this morning for my 10.30am appointment. The clinic assistances are very helpful and they know what they're doing. Great services and so patient with my "do not touch me" cat attitude 😆 Cost me just a hundred ringgit for 3in1, deworm, antibiotic, chloramine n ecosin cream. Location is at Cyber Perdana just opposite the Funky Farm Food Court. Recommended for pet owners who stays around Cyber City area.

Dr.Randolf really helpful..that day my kitty injured, he asked me to bring my kitty ASAP to his clinic..i arrived there at 5.40pm and Dr randolf still there waiting for us even though they need to close the clinic at 5 O'clock..

Staffs are accomodating and dr is good at explaining things briefly. And the price really affordable.

Great experience with the nurses and Dr. Randolf. Treated my puppy of 4 weeks from an infection and got better in a week's time!
