Kinabalu Animal Clinic

Brought my pup to Kinabalu Animal Clinic last week for rabies vaccination. Location wise, its easy to find with the help of google map. Upon arrival (10min earlier for the appointment I have booked 2 weeks prior via the clinic's website), we registered and was assisted right away. The interior was clean and well managed. The doctor was kind to even gave extra advice and let us wait inside the treatment room for 15mins to check for side effects. However, would be even better if we are able to contact via Whatsapp as well. Overall experience was great!

Dr.Cecilia and the team really care about your pet. Appreciate how they would give professional advice and services every time. I adopted a cat that has very large cut on his front limb few months ago. Dr.Cecilia stitched the cut nicely and gave me useful tips for taking care of him. I sent the same cat for castration afterwards. Surgery was nicely done and my cat has been living happily since then. Having this team/ clinic in KK is truly a blessing to all KK people!

Well done, Dr Cecilia & team @ Kinabalu Animal Clinic (KAC) 👏🏻👍🏻❤ A week ago, my cat was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease. Came back to pick him up from the vet today, syukur ya rabb he’s now very healthy; kidney & urine health back to normal. Last week he only weighed about 3kg and surprisingly a week later today, under the care of KAC, he now weighs at 4.3kg. We’re unable to express how contented, fortunate, happy and thankful we are at this point. Once again, thank you so much Dr Cecilia & team.

Took my cat here last week. One of the staff recognised me from my TikTok account 😂
But anyway, they seem professional on handling sick cat, even tho my cat just passed away but they did all the best they can to save it.
The service charges is also affordable 👍 Not too pricey also not too cheap.

Bring my 3 kitten here today, I’m very satisfied with the service provided, Dr. Cecilia handle my fellows feline very well indeed.

I had a great experience visiting here. Their service is great. Here, you can also bring your pets for vaccination and deworming as I have brought my cat for both of them. Overall, they have a great experience on taking care of pets and also professionalism 👍🏻

My new go-to animal clinic for my doggos. Liking this place so far. It's def a bonus for me the fact there's only 1 doc here (as far as my experience, not sure kalau ada lain) so she knows each case personally which makes it more reliable.

Professional and clean!! My cat had a urine infection and also blood parasite. I thought it couldn’t make it, Dr Cecelia hospitalised it for treatment. And now, it is wrecking the house like it always do 😽

Friendly staff, very pro doctor & reasonable price. Good environment. The only matters here is parking & be sure to make an appointment before coming. Overall, I'm satisfy with their service.

Dr Ceci and all the staff here is very kind and friendly and very gentle with pets. My hamsters are treated here as this is the only option. This clinic can treat all types of animals which is very nice. Other clinics only treat cats and dogs. I think the price range is considered affordable as I can afford to pay for my sons. 10/10 clinic hehehehe

The veterinarians & (some of) the staffs are super friendly & helpful in times of distress. Sometimes I get too paranoid whenever my bunny shows even the smallest signs of being unwell & a few minutes of the vet calming me down & assuring me that she's going to be okay are really helpful. The fees are slightly on the pricey side but totally worth the money for my little one. 10/10 would recommend for small animals owners!

First time brought my cat here for diagnosed and treatment. My first impression about this vet clinic is absolutely thumbs up 😄. Dr Cecilia and her teams very experience when handling my cat. Dr Cecilia gave in depth explanation what would be their medication...😎 Very good service indeed. Professional and highly recommended to this veterinary clinic. The medication cost is also reasonable 😉

I would highly recommend pet parents to come to this vet because for my personal experience the Dr is so friendly and so as the staff they were very helpful. I had my dogs follow up check up and yearly vaccination with this clinic and so far I would say it's the best animal clinic for me because my dog was before diagnosed with heartworm and was at a severe stage but with the medication Dr has given and how attentive the Dr was and their staff when I had to bring in my dog for emergency and thanks to the Dr my dog is free from heartworm and healthy now . Usually a heartworm dog case it's always 50/50 but the Dr did everything to make sure my dog gets better and it did. Thank you Dr Cecilia ❣

The Vet Dr here are caring, that their diagnosis is correct and tell you exactly wats wrong with your pet. They examine ist and give the diagnosis. Treatment given is good and my cat recovered from gastric problem, who was not eating, vomits and became dehydrated. Now my cat is eating well. Price is reasonable. I highly recommend this place. Bringing my dog for distemper evaluation. By appointment booking only, unless emergency. Vet Dr. and staffs are friendly and professional. Waiting area is clean. Consultation fee is reasonable (If u must know, RM40)

Brought my hamster here to check up on his skin. Need help from Google map to find the place as I'm not familiar with the area. Overall, efficient management. Staffs are friendly. Vet is very helpful and attentive. Definitely will come here again for my pet.
