Most of the food here was amazing.

We ordered
1. Steamed Siakap,Nonya Style
2. Pucuk Manis Belacan
3. Salted Egg Squid
4. Salted Egg Crab
5. Butter Prawn
6. Lemon Chicken

Total including drinks was RM 456

The sambal for the Steamed Siakap, Nonya Style was really good.

Both Salted Egg dishes were great! Crab was easy to eat.

The Pucuk Manis Belacan is a must get. Crunchy amd flavourful.

For the Lemon Chicken, it was so-so we can find better elsewhere.
Better to get the seafood when you are here.

The uncle that attended to us was great! Very informative and a good recommender. He knew what goes well with what :)

Atmosphere wise, the seating place we got was shabby. I think it was one of the original stores they had. We went when it was still quite bright so the outside space looked a little sad but during nighttime it was more lively.

We ordered ikan masak nonya, buttered prawn, salted egg squid and sayur manis. omg it was really really good and so so so sedap. Portion was quite generous as well. Will defffff come back!

I absolutely love the food here 😍 we went on Friday lunch and not many people during lunch time compared to night time. Anyhow, my friend booked a reservation for 8 people. We had salmon yee sang and other dishes as well. It's expensive, so be ready to spend some extra bucks. I don't know the name of these dishes but you can see from the picture that they look appetizing. It is simply delicious

Steam Garden Chicken is our favourites. The rest of the food overall delicious and fresh.

Had our company annual break fast dinner buffet here. If you are seafood lover and a big eater, this buffet is for you.

Our go to whenever we go to KK, always loved their Salted Egg Crab, and the coconut pudding never changed! Don’t forget to bring home their crispy salted egg bittergourd!!

I love this restaurant. Friendly servers, food is tasty, but price is quite pricey, depends on what you’re eating. For two people we spent RM214 but with like 5 different dishes. Salted egg crabs, delicious. Fried squids, delicious. Butter fried prawns, also tasty. The vegetable we took also nice. Ginger beef, so-so. Can refer to my photos but I couldn’t recall what are the names of the dishes.

Taste is good but not the best. Price is reasonable. The waiter know what he sell. He can recommend the variety of cooking style of your seafood

The best seafood restaurant in Kota Kinabalu.
Strongly recommend for the tourist. This is A Muslim friendly restaurant.

Delicious food and attentive staff. Great place to bring visitors and a great atmosphere to talk and catch up with friends or family. Our group did not order the live seafood or live fish, so the price for our group was as such. Will definitely eat here again.

This seafood restaurant is a legend. You must try having its scrumptious seafood dishes and its trademark of delicious bitter gourd chips you can't find anywhere else in Kota Kinabalu.

Breakfast at Masakan Sedap Restaurant.
My elder daughter and her family invited me with my daughter and her family for a morning breakfast here.
I ordered Wantan Ho chicken and hot tea. The food was delicious and tea less sugar as requested.
Good service and delicious food 👍.
