We came here with a mission to help clean up the island after the end of the monsoon season.

We stayed at Longsha Campsite as our base. The owner Kak Wani is amazing, get all the tent ready for us and the tent are all well kept plus clean.

The kitchen has enough pots and pan that you need to cook up a storm 😁

The compound is pleasant and well kept. This is a good place to do beach camping. Highly recommended.

4D3N at Longsha and i feels like wanted to extend more days if possible. Campsite is nice, under the shades of trees, enough hammocks for guest to lazy around. The communal kitchen is provided with all necesssary cooking utensils. The bathroom and toilet is just nice. This place and the islands is good for people who wants to escape from noisy city. Come and be part of the island.

Staying on a wild island like Kapas, with the best waters in all Malaysia.
It's cheap, basic, but very nice, right on a long white sandy beach with crystal clear waters, with a kitchen, bonfire at night and friendly staff.
Make sure to call them or whatsapp them time before coming to reserve your place, the number is on their website.

Pros - clean, cheap, quiet, peaceful, friendly tourists & helpful staff.
Cons - a lot of mosquitoes at night (must bring mosquito repellent), quite hot inside the tent (bring own USB fan).
Overall - perfect place for backpackers

Price is super cheap, facilities is great and environment is clean. Lokek is so friendly and helpful. Recommended for like to camp, it's beginner/newbie proof, got shower and also kitchen for cooking, just remember to clean it back.

A hippie place to stay for a very cheap price (33 ringits for a night for two people including renting a tent and two matracces). The whole place could be cleaner (kitchen and toilets and the matracces). You can buy food supplies at the Marang jetty market which is opened everyday and cook in Longsha kitchen. There is no drinking water on the island. The best way is to boil your water in the Longsha kitchen. Don't buy water in plastic bottles, it's very bad for the nature. You can rent snorkeling mask for 20 ringits for one week in Longsha. The best snorkeling is in the other side of the island close to pulau Gemia. On this side of the island are the best beaches, no people just white sand, palms and corals all for you.

Very nice staff, very good price-quality. Kitchen and showers are nice; there is a guitar, books, guides, a lot of nets and long chairs for an afternoon nap.. I highly recommend longsha campsite!

Cheapest accommodation on the island of kapas. For as low as 10 rm if you bring your own tent and 15rm for rent rental. 🙂

Great beach and great people, until the sun begin to set... Be prepared, the mosquitoes is a serious issue here.

Nice place with beautiful beach & hamoc, cheap (tent 15rm), kitchen and electricity, if you are traveling and want to exchange with others travelers in a calm place this is the location

They were not joking when thy said be prepared with basic amenities😅... Sleeping in a tent, gazing at the skies filled with stars and waking up to the sound of waves is heavenly😁

Nice campsite and friendly and caring owner.just bring a mattrass or u have to use the not very good looking mattresses from the campsite for few ringits
