I had a wonderful experience with KKIA MAS Golden/Travel. My wife and I were upgraded to business class on our flight from KK to KL this morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lounge was spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful, and the seats were cosy and reclining. We enjoyed the entertainment system and the amenities kit. The flight was smooth and on time, and the cabin crew were attentive and professional. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout the journey. Thank you KKIA MAS Golden/Travel for making our trip memorable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to travel in style and comfort.

They have recently upgraded the place, the staff are pleasant and helpful. The food is great, the choices are limited. The area is slightly far from the departure gate A5 and below. It's located more nearer to the domestic ma's Wing area.
The toilet is clean, the amenities were adequate.

Cozy environment. Plenty of seats n sofa. Serves food and drinks. Polite and attentive staff

The Golden lounge breakfast are very good, classic Malaysia food (with another half western style), fruit water taste very great
The lounge are location in VERY VERY north end of terminal (pass A10 gate), very quite location, but need long walk

The shower was the saving grace for the journey to KL after a day's work.

Best place for someone who transit

The place is clean and comfortable and there is a playroom for kids. The food is nice but can be improved. Staff are nice n friendly. Love the Toilet.

Surprisingly nice lounge for a smaller airport, staff are very attentive. Note it is a no-announcements lounge, and also a 'dry' lounge

Decent choice of refreshments and light food (I loved the Tenom coffee). Lots of space and seating. Comfortable restroom and praying room.

Tucked in the corner of the domestic terminal, the new Malaysia Airlines golden lounge is usually located near departing gates.

Staff are friendly and attentive, with a reasonable selection of local food, western snacks and vegetarian options.

Shower facility is also provided together with a business center that provides you with PC access and power point.

Great service by Lounge staff, specially to Mrs. Lee Kim Po.. food was not bad. But washroom need to upgrade.

A bit secluded. Besides Plaza Premium Lounge. Food and beverage is nice. There's a children's room.
