Easy to proceed any business here

I visited the customer service counter at UOB today, specifically counter 14, and I was treated very coldly by the staff. The way the staff answered and treated me and my colleague was very unfriendly too. I felt like I had done something wrong, even though I was just a customer seeking assistance. This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from UOB.👎

Please don’t open any savings account in UOB KK. Manager and staff both cannot pakai and not friendly. Savings account but still need my previous employee tax and everything? Wow. First time to hear that.

Malaysian and sabahan local but really hard to get an account. I myself open a bank account in Singapore and Hong Kong with no problem ! Interesting!

I reported this matter to the BNM and Bank associations of Malaysia. Hopefully they will kick them out.

UOB Bank. United Overseas Bank. Nama saja dengar bunyi ekslusif dan bila masuk ni bank tempat dia pun looks ekslusif. Tapi ....customer service is very bad! Staff muka ketat, not friendly, minta puji punya perangai, siap scan org dari bawah pigi atas. Mentang2 sy dress biasa2 ja. Jgn juga tu gaya kamurang minta puji ah. Ingat sy suka2 kh mau buka akaun di UOB ni, kalau bkn company yg pilih kamu, sorrylh sy mau buka akaun sini. Sy ingat tu staff tu, jgn kau perasan cantik ah magdaline kaunter 14.

工作人员LCLY，有个很像是Lim的工作人员，脸臭到死还一脸看不起人，眼睛生在头顶 👎🏻👎🏻
