It’s an excellent store if you’re looking for aesthetics furniture or products for your home & living. But unfortunately, their store setup is not aesthetic enough to reflect their nature of products. You can see rubbish & unused boxes everywhere blocking the access, I almost tripped myself walking around. What’s even weirder is that they just leave behind unassembled furniture scattered around. It would be really good if SSF management pay attention to how much your store is such an eye-sore & consider decluttering all these mess and revamp your store for a better aesthetic look. So disappointing to see the lack of standard for SSF KK branch.

The products are really overpriced and quality is inferior. Cushions are hard, fabric is rough, wood is just cheap laminate with mostly thin particleboard.

The installation and logistic team is very rough with their products. There are so many visible dents, scratches and rips even on showroom display units.

I wish one day us KK folks can get easier access to ikea standard furniture...

Terrible customer service, no greetings whatsoever.. hardly can find any staff when you need assistance.. Most of them hiding in corners & with handphone... Rude cashiers too.. Actually I don't blame them, because I have the "pleasure" to meet the lady manager there, Omg, one bad attitude & rude manager.. Ssf, if you seriously want to change this kind of culture of your Sabah branch, fire the manager first!!!
