Kudat Golf and Marina Resort

I would give the rooms 5* but its rather old & tv channels were minimal,otherwise its clean & the beds are comfortable. Conveniently situated right in the centre of town

After a few years there is another opportunity to stay here, the staff service is still the best, they are still friendly and considerate of the presence of guests here. If you take the accommodation and breakfast package, you will feel the satisfaction of enjoying breakfast here. The evening air in Kudat is really comfortable.. swimming in the resort pool while enjoying it is very relaxing.

Nice stay with amazing view. Hope can stay longer, Kudat very peaceful town. Good plave for healing. Nice pool view (but hotel need to clean pool floor).

Tips: Please select room on ground floor (room 1**), this room direct access to pier and pool.

I booked thru agoda..220/night ocean view..room is clean but a little bit old..overall is good.

1 of many sub rise location. Beware pitch dark, crossing a clear water monsoon drain, non lighted golf course towards sea bank. Sun rises on early June is estimated around +/- 5.30am. Patience is golden rule. Njoy beautiful 🌅

The view was amazing. We took golf view room but i suggest you to take seaview room. The view was very stunning. It might be a bit pricey but youre not gonna regret it. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staffs are quite friendly too.

Love it.. The staffs are friendly, helpful, and very considerate. At first, I got a room on the ground floor but it's hard when you want to open your curtain then whatever you are doing can be seen by others. When I asked for a change of room, they changed it asap. The service was good too. Definitely will come again. Thank you Marina resort.

The service are awesome. The staff is friendly and the scene is marvelous. But just the parking is quite dark and at night is a bit scary if you are driving alone. The bedt part is they have coway water dispensers each floor. No need to cook hot water

Its an old hotel but rooms are not that bad. Its overlooking the sea. Stayed at ground flloor next to the pool whiich im okay with it, but to some people who like privacy may not like the ground floor rooms For me it was good. i just open the sliding door and jump into the pool. I can walk around the area and lay down at the pool side and enjoying the day. Staffs are good and friendly. Location is great. Took me around 45min to the tips of borneo from the hotel. If i ever visited Kudat again, this is the hotel that im going to stay.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Beautiful scenery with Sulu water view.Very serene, peaceful and quiet. Provide pool and gym facilities. Lots of tourist from Korea for golf course during my stay. Provide bus shuttle around town which is only 7 mins from the hotrl. I booked from Agoda, affordable price! I enjoyed my stay comfortably👍

The place is huge. Nice resort. Booking thru agoda with food included (morning bfast & dinner).

Dinner is superb. BBQ Buffet. no other people, just me and my family. feel very nice & can eat in peace.
The cafe is dope! Loving the atmosphere.
But the light is quite dim (maybe its their theme, i guess?).

The breakfast is ok. Buffet style. As you can see in the pictures.

There's swimming pool here and next to it got playground. The facilities is quite old (ex: the table and chair, acceptable maybe due to pandemic eco hit)

The room is ok quite acceptable. The hot water is niceeeee! Overall is ok.

When you find out a good place like Hilton hotel, this is not like that. I didn't look all the golf course but only looked hotel and restaurant and pool. The hotel has two wings and two story buildings for rooms. It has a restaurant and a pool at the ground level. Hotel room is quite clean n comfortable but a just bit old. For me it was ok. It installed several water purifiers in each stairs so no worry of drinking waters. The restaurant provide breakfast as buffet but don't expect Hilton one. It's simple and slow enough when I was there, only two units came to eat it. The pool is pretty good but when my times the filter had a problem so it was not clean enough. For just enjoy short vacation, for me it was good enough.

Wow! Really beautiful view of the sea. There is swimming pool and front view surrounded by green landscape garden. Lots of car park. Good service and helpful staff.
It's my first time visit to this place.

One of the best offered in Kudat. Hotel compound within gate area and they has security staff on duty too. More flood lamp at the parking area would be better. Breakfast variety are average and meet expectation. Cleanliness of hotel room, bed, toilet and other facilities are above average and meet expectation. Receiptionist are friendly and helpful. Their cafe are decorated nicely. Hygienic swimming pool. Wifi available at lobby.

A very calm place to stay. Bring your whole family and enjoy the seaview during day time.

Great place to say. 2nd time here and still comfortable with the room. Not that far from town, can view sunrise from open sea if u get the seaview room.

Overall ok. The room was clean, but it got unpleasant smells. I book through Traveloka.

Good place for family stay. Staffs arw friendly and hospitality good. Near by sea food restaurent and visiting places is added advantage to stay in this resort. Very peaceful and sea view is awesome.
