They also accommodated to baby chair request at the last minute even thou I didn’t book initially

Rented an Aruz for 6days. Reasonable priced. Car condition was good and clean. Staff Faizun was professional. Contacted me via watapp 30mins before we arrival with instruction and location of the car pick up. Happy that this small 7seaters SUV was able to bring us around Kinabalu and Kundasang safely and efficiently. Reservation and payment was easy and safe. Online credit card payment. Will book with them on our next trip.

No counter at the airport, so need to contact the staff for car pick up. Getting the car itself was straight forward, e.g. Check car condition at the arrival pick up area. Returning the car is also pretty easy by parking the car at the airport car park. Overall experience is OK. Car is relatively clean and good condition.

Dealt with Faizun and it was really smooth. He is so nice to give me a good price for the car I rented. Trust me this is the cheapest car rental company by far I have found after contacting almost 10 different companies.

I opt for a Bezza and only to find out Faizun has upgraded me to a Persona. It was so good driving that car especially all the way and back from Kundasang. Super good car and kept in great condition.

The service is good and the vehicle has no issue. On collection day, the staff arranged the pick up site and go through with me of any exterior defects of the car that was present, very proffessional 👍🏻. Returning the vehicle was a breeze too. I was able to go visit alot of places due to renting a car from them. Definitely recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Possibility to pay with Union Pay online was key factor for me. After quick check price was same as in other companies, but Suria didn't take extra money form driving outside of Kota Kinabalu. Got almost new Perodua Bezza in BKI airport, very easy communication. Marked all small dents within 3 minutes and off we go. Car return was nice and easy, manager arrived to check-in car for us (in the end it was much easier to get car from Suria rather then from companies with counter in the airport). Overall experience -- 5 stars, very quick and lax.

Rented a Proton Persona for 3 days at KK. Easy to book online from their website, company very responsive via WhatsApp for queries. Price is reasonable and cheapest compared to others. Payment done online and no issues.
Got car delivered to Imago Shopping Mall and picked up when finished. Car is good, clean, easy to drive. Fit 5 people comfortably with trips to Kundasang and Ranau.

A great experience with Suria car rental, rented Toyota Innova and travelled all the way from KK to kundansang smoothly, car nicely fit for 6 persons with extra space. Quick and simple pick up and return process. The car is well maintained and most importantly clean. The staff has been responsive when we get in touch.

One small improvement will be a little more briefing when we pick up the rental car. We noticed an issue and turns out it just a norm behaviour of the car.
