Coming here is never a good sign. But kudos to the counter who needs to face negative people working here

This is the worst place in Borneo. the queue is 200 people, the time is 3-4 hours in the queue. this company doesn't care about its customers! shame!!!!

The cheapest flights that brings everyone to fly everywhere in the world, but yet slowest service ever, delaying flights everyday, cancel flight more frequent, slowest customer service, useless app to help customer when needed, unfriendly system and apps. always no refund made

The opening time shown here is wrong!! I came here at 615am and the airaisia ticketing officer at the counter told me they only open at 8am!!!

Syukur Alhamdulillah sy selamat mendarat di KKIA pada 29 Julai 2023. Namun malangnya kedua-dua luggage sy didapati hilang roda dan duffel bawah beg. Laporan (PIR) telah dibuat dgn staf ground dan telah diberitahu agar sy buat jg laporan dalam website namun sy cuba beberapa kali attach laporan (PIR) dalam Chat with BO tapi tidak berjaya (telah cuba dalam laptop, PC dan HP). Mohon ambil serius berkenaan perkara ini.
