Customer service very slow,need more counter.please improve!

Not many customers during that time but still have to wait quite long. Some staff hard selling their products to the customers who are waiting for their turn. The staff who are working at the front counters are friendly and helpful but not the others as they are busy targeting people to promote their products. They don't really bother to look or smile if you are not interested with the investment products. I never felt this indifference in other banks.
