5 years ago, I bought a King size mattress from Maxcoil and the service was excellent! Just recently, I received a text from Maxcoil and that their rewards program is giving out 2 free pillows to its customers! To further support the brand, even bought a new bloster from them.

Till date, the mattress and pillows bought previously is still as good as new! No such experience of flattened pillows and poking springs. Excellence quality and no regrets for choosing this brand.

He is thorough and very professional, he gave good advice related to what i need for a quality mattress, firm and it won't be saggy in the centre of the bed or even side. I bought myself an Ellington III queen size mattress for my new home and I must say that I have no regrets whatsoever with my purchase. It is easily one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in my entire life! Thanks to my Apple app, I have observed that my time spent sleeping has increased ever since I started using the Ellington III as sleep interruptions have decreased. You can hardly feel it when the person lying next to you moves about. For the amount I paid, I feel that it is seriously worth it for all the comfort that it has to offer. What's more is that the mattress delivery was on time and very fuss free. To put it simply, I am just one very satisfied customer. Highly recommended!

Got their Chantel Customisable Pillow. Love it for its versatility and customisation. Total 8 foams given and managed to make another pillow with the unused foams. Very comfortable overall. Highly recommended!

Buying a mattress is not a small outlay and as first timer, I naturally looked around before deciding on my purchase. Through it all, Charlie patiently showed me the diff types of mattresses and bed frames, and gave a very good price for them. He also accommodated my fickle mindedness in colour of bed frame and delivery date.

In terms of mattress quality, both my fiancé and myself found it to be really good (Oxygen Plus Oxton). Of course the best part was that it doesn’t come with a hefty price tag.

Kudos to Charlie (and his colleague Theresa) for the good service before and after sales. Would recommend all to visit them before decided on your mattress purchase!

I have bought their Fabio floor pillows for me to chill and play games. But end up my dog likes it and sleep on it. Sometimes we sit together because my dog is small size, we can fit in. The beads are not those cheap bead easily sunk in. Its a good quality beads so it feels firm and premium feels. I have tried their pillows and also bedsheets it is worth mention.

They were not pushy and really tried to understand our needs before recommending a suitable mattress. Durable and comfortable mattress, very high quality fabric too. Highly recommend, I think this brand underrated, and should get more credits. Bought other bedding accessories from their Shopee and Lazada store before, has different promotions than their website. I bought mattress from their website. Delivery is good, they will call a day before delivery to arrange with you. Had a good experience with them. Bought 3 mattress from them for my new apartment.It’s been 2 months now, no complain. I bought 1xIceberg and 2xAmethyst mattress. I think it’s suitable for those always turn on aircon like me. I can’t stand the heat at night. Their pillow, I bought Chantel, very nice pillow because you can adjust the pillows height and customised. I also bought their sofa bed kaira from Shopee. My guest said it’s comfortable.

A big “thank you” to Theresa and Charlie in the Isetan @Shaw Center. They are very helpful to introduce all the detailed features and differences across models, extremely patient to support me as I changed my mind couple times after placing the order (for such a thing that I plan to use for 10 years, I must have second thought or even third thought 🤣). With their help, I believe I have ordered the mattress / bed frame suit me the best.

I purchased a queen size pillow-top mattress which is heavenly soft on top but still provides very firm support. I also purchased a great frame and headboard. I couldn't be happier with both.

I purchased mine at Isetan Scotts, assisted by Charlie the Maxcoil representative and his colleague Theresa. They were super nice, and extremely patient as I tried one mattress after the other, also very informed about each mattress, knowing the prices, the "deals", and asked great questions to help me get the right fit. Also, Charlie helped help me download the Isetan app so that I could become a member, get 10% discount and hundreds of dollars of vouchers which I later used for new bedlinen. :-)

I must add, the mattress delivered to me the same week, in exactly the time frame they committed and the movers were super quick removing my frame and mattress and installing my new frame + mattress.

We bought 2x Maxcoil Back Saviors in SS and Queen sizes. The purchasing experience was made a breeze thanks to Mas who was the sales rep that day. She answered all our queries on the different types of mattresses and what type of mattress suited our own sleep needs. Delivery and set-up all went off without a hitch as well. In terms of comfort, I've had a great sleeping experience and barely any sleeping interruptions so far. The Prima Bolsters also add to my nightly comfort. I would say highly recommended for the great end-to-end experience
