Isetan Tampines

Couldn't find a good coffee mug at coffee bean or starbucks and managed to find one at Isetan Tampines! Not only is there a discount from $70 to $49, I even got to use a $10 voucher for signing up for membership at $10! Best deal for a great cup! 😉

Visited Isetan Tampines on 20 Feb 24 seeking help to expand a pair of new J West shoes. The J West promoter was not in, I approached the Cashier for help ,a supervisor lady came over immediately to get another brand promoter for help. Really impressed by the supervisor’s service, she has also told me need to wait for approx 30 mins. Too bad I didn’t manage to get her name. Promoter Hui Er even helps to use some wax on the edge of the shoes. An extra ordinary great service experience to me. Will shop from this outlet from now on.

Was greatest with the makeup section. The MAC Cosmetics here is great. Staff is friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

Need to improve the variation of stuff at second floor cause the nearest departemen store at the east area is Isetan Tampines. Everyone will go and buy in here such young teenage undershirt with a good quality & price. Perhaps buy a gift also. Overall the service is good.

Nice. Got 2 storeys. Near to Tampines Interchange and Tampines Blue Line MRT and East West Line. After orchard road, Tampines Mall and the other 2 malls right next to it have the most foot traffic of any other shopping area in Singapore.

This Isetan outlet has been around for as long as I could remember eversince the inception of Tampines Mall. They do carry a comprehensive range of products ranging from household items, branded cosmetics & intimate wear to sports apparel, shoes etc. Definitely a place worth visiting as they do have some very good buys from time to time. And the Isetan staff are generally helpful & polite too! And one of my favourite counters is the GUESS bag counter as I not only love the range they carry, the staff's customer centric attitude had also surpassed some of those branded counters in town. Highly recommended!

We've purchased several items here and felt the discounts were pretty good. The customer service is really good, much better than the average Singapore shop. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the items for sale.

Not that crowded. Went to find a hotpot cooker but instead bought a ladies sling bag for 50%off. Sales lady friendly and check out good. Can use Capital land voucher

Went to mens accessories dept to get a gift and was warmly welcome by Christine from Braun Buffel. With great in depth product knowledge and offer tips on after sale n care for leather gds, was greatly impressed and convinced to buy .

I was looking perfume at level 1. Chinese uncle approached me and told "you can try the smell, you tell me which you want, I will assist you" actually he is working different section near by perfume section. But because perfume section auntie was busy, until she came back, he assisted and take care of me. After the auntie came back, she is also very polite and good customer service. Very Touched. Nice team work. Finally I bought Versace new edition. Thank you. It was good shopping experience for me.

I like the service at the Chanel counter though it can be busy at times as there is only 1 sales person.. So be patient to wait for your turn. As the ales person does dedicate her time devotly to you when serving you
