Jelutong Campsite

Overall a great campsite, something different from east coast and pasir ris. Clean and reasonably well maintained.

On my last visit, the nearest toilet did not have running water for the taps and toilet flush. Do take note.

Saw a wild boar in the area too so make sure not to leave food in the open

You're allowed an open fire (please use the fire pit) and you can camp without being surrounded by tons of people. Toilets are maybe 3 mins walk away and they are pretty clean and modern! Surprisingly not that many mosquitoes but bring repellent and mosquito coils to be on the safe side. I did find the ground quite rocky so tent pegs may struggle (use rocks to secure guy lines) and bring comfy mattress... Or hammock :)

Only visited this place to look at the area place looks nice, can camp there with the family and all.

Make sure you bring something for the mosquitos

15 mins walk from Ubin Jetty. Excellent location overlooking Straits of Singapore and the skyline of Pasir Ris Town. Washroom is a mere 20metres away. Very windy location. Wild boars sightings are common. Leave them alone and they will remain non-agressive. No issues with mozzies/sand flies.

Clean and a getaway from the bustling urban environment. Back to nature

Fantastic camp site on Pulau Ubin. Only 15min boatride from Singapore Changi Village. From here you can view the Singapore skyline. At night, that is magical. They don't have many facilities over there, so bring your own tent, toiletries and mosquito spray. And the best thing: it is free to camp here. Best for families. A lot of fun activities can be done on the island, like cycling, soccer, walking. Next time I visit Pulau Ubin, I will try to go camping here again.

Nice place looks inforn sea , nice location for camp stay with ur family this covid not allowed to camp this location. Hopefully future release this restriction . Will be ur visit time try it's near butterfly hill so many trees , near no more toilet available , near pulau ubin ferry point

Jelutong campsite is near Ubin Town, west of Ubin Jetty, facing the mainland. You can set up your tent to get near to the nature. About 15 mins walk from the Jetty.

Nice campsite, facing the straights with plenty of trees for shade. Watching the high tide to low tide transition here is interesting.
