My friend left his wallet and the staff here immediately found it and was waiting for him to retrieve it at the front desk. Very fast and efficient. All the contents are still in the wallet. Thank you TGV!

Very nice movie house, got good snacks and very efficient services. Near also to seoul garden buffet after watch movie eat at buffet.

Good place and very cold place..

Absolutely the best delightful comfortable indoor cinema Miri City. A clean environment with the toilets at a reasonable distance away from the cinema itself. Great sharp clear sound system & large wide screen brings movies to a bigger than life experience of an high standard in cinema entertainment. Current promotion has tickets at a reasonable RM 10 per person.

Their new self service ticket machine is very convenient. Lots of public seating for waiting. Variety of movie selection. Very clean including inside movie hall except for the toilet. If you want to skip the queue, i suggest you to purchased your ticket online which is a bit cheaper even after add on the popcorn set. And you can pick up your popcorn using the fast lane. Try to come on time for your movie as its hard to walk around to find your seat the dark.

A very pleasant experience. My sister and I went there to see a movie late weekend and when we arrived there there was a long queue at the counter. She led me to a stand alone kiosk on the side where I can buy our tickets AND drinks and popcorn on the spot. Fancy that! Didn't know this was a thing here (I thought it was one of those TV like things they put in the lobby to showcase movie trailers). Another surprise was the two seated sofas in the cinema hall. Very comfortable and a lot of leg room, recommended for couples. Don't remember if it affects ticket pricing since it stays pretty much the same.

The self-service ticketing kiosk is great. No need to line up anymore especially during the peak hours. However, at times, it might not be able to print out your tickets so you need to go to the counter.

Ushers are friendly toilets are big and clean, overall good experience.

I love the work the female staff are doing. Excellent. She's followed the S.O.P. wella son... guess have to drop you at somewhere else until the movies finished...

I don't usually like the cinema as I find it too cold and too loud. This cinema is a very comfortable temperature, and the volume is pretty much perfect. Kickbacks at a great price too.

Great theater..movie lovers you will enjoy your movies here, popcorn at TGV is so sweet to die for with every single bite enjoyable movie experience. Clean and very comfortable inside . Will definitely come back for more movie watching here

Updated TGV Apps, use cash or cred/debit cards for over the counter or kiosk purchase of movie tickets. For F&B, really recommend their Popcorn Royale or Mini sausages. Great movie experience with friendly staff

TGV is the best when it comes to the sound of the movie. I like their popcorn too..

A place to enjoy and spend with family or love one with choice of movie but make sure you are fully vaccinated even children are allowed if they were fully vaccinated..and no outside food allowed.

Comfy chair, great sound, spacious cinema hall, very clean environment from candy bar to their toilet. Fast service & great customer service.
