Perhentian venture memang terbaik🔥. pakej dya x mahal sangat. dan dya ada pakej mcm2. utk student pun ada. memang best join dgn agent nih. tekong bot pun sporting elok. pi dh sekali bln 8 baru nih dgn kwn. nih bln 13/9 baru nih pi pulak bawa staff. memang best. sbb tu kita repeat. inshaallah kita jumpa next year. kita repeat lagi dgn Perhentian Venture nih🥰

Best agency ever! Semua smooth je sepanjang pergi ke Pulau Perhentian. Servis memang ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Pakej pon murah nanti nak repeat lagi 🏝

Not recommended.
1. We were being forced to check out early before 10am because apparently they have a lot of customers to go for snorkelling trip so there are not enough boat to accommodate us to transfer to jetty. We were only told this on the first day of our 3D2N trip that we have only 2 options for boat to jetty(10am to 3/4pm). We couldn’t take the later one at 3/4 pm (they can’t even confirm the exact timing 😪) because of our flight at 6pm.
2. Our snorkelling trip was supposed to start at 10am but start at 11 because the boat agency that Perhentian Venture dealt with was actually overbooked. We have to transfer to another boat and start at 11am even though we were the first one to board the boat.
3. Lastly, we have confronted them via whatsapp demanding for some sort of refund or explanation but they ignore us. When we call them, all they say was they understood our situation but provide no solution for us at all. Not even a sorry.

Not recommended. Agent tak function. Kena deal sendiri for boat transfer semua. Dipaksa checkout awal 10am. Janji snorkelling 10am tapi 11:30 baru dapat. Timing tak punctual langsung. Baik handle sendiri tak payah pakai agent kalau macam ni. -100/100. First time jumpa agent seteruk ni.
