Went here to cut my hair this evening.. I am very satisfied with my butterfly-layered haircut..😍 The lady who cut my hair was very kind to recommend hairstyle that suits me..🤗 She cut my hair very meticulously and not rushing eventhough the salon is going to be closed for the day less than an hour..🫡 My boyfriend complimented my new haircut saying I look cuter..🥰 Will consider coming here again next time I come to Miri for haircut..😊👍🏻

Hair straightening done at reasonable price. Hair very soft and straight, Good job. Will come again

Lousy salon. The lady who attended to my hair was very rough & rushed the whole washing process. I paid RM65 but I felt like the whole wash + blow service was worth RM30 only. She barely washed my scalp even though I told her my hair was a bit oily & needed thorough wash. She pulled my hair while blow drying it & it hurt. She even wanted to finish it so quickly that she left the hair near the scalp still damp. I had to tell her to check & blow dry properly. I hated the whole experience, not worth coming back or any recommendation to anyone. Go to Lavish Salon at Marina, the staff there are friendlier & their service is impeccable. Not this salon.

There is a rate poster shows price for adult cut only, normal cut for men shows RM10. I send my son 8yo for a haircut for school there, no speciality haircut and they charge for RM20. Too expensive and the haircut not that good compare to small barber shop. I feel bad for the incompetent of inspiration salon.

It's my first time going to this salon. I went in, expecting a top notch service due to the brand name. However, I was super disappointed. Upon entry, I've already informed the staff that I wish to trim my bangs and wash my hair. They arranged for a male hairdresser to trim my bangs. I must say, I'm super upset that he managed to trim my 空气浏海 into 蘑菇浏海. Thinking that he might be new, so I just kept quiet on the spot. After trimming my bangs, I told him, I would like to wash my hair as well. He didn't hear me and I had to repeat myself again when he took off the drapes and told me, it's done. At that point, I was kinda annoyed already but still remain my composure. They asked me move into the private room, and assigned me with a young girl. Washing my hair was ok. Just that she never returned me my hair tie after the wash 🙄 blow-drying my hair was the most difficult part. It took her a painful process of an hour or so to blow dry my hair. Even with that, she had difficulty with brushing my hair without getting them stuck to the comb. When I asked, what's the matter? She told me, cz the comb 没有毛了. I don't really understand, if the comb 没有毛了，why are you still insisting to use it on your customer. There were at least 3-4 times where this happened and I couldn't take it anymore bcz I've already been in the salon for 2 hours (mind u, just a trim and a hair wash). I've curled my hair previously, so I told the young girl not to straighten my hair. After I informed the young girl to stop using the comb, she tried to blow-dry my hair to straighten them. I was upset. I intended to lodge a complaint on the spot, but it was the same girl that went to the cash register for payment. I must say, I will never ever go to inspiration Alan again. It was a horrible first time experience.

Thought i would get a nice haircut here. Asked to trim my hair a bit and even showed the woman cutting my hair a picture for reference. But she ruined it. Right side are longer than the left side. The layers are ugly. It looks very messy.

This salon is not suggested.... not good for kids and really disappointed.
