stated clearly at the counter i want pantoprazole and tramal injection,staff confidently said they have the medication.After waiting for almost 2hours, came inside doctor's room and told us both medication is not available.stupid what a waste of time,ppl have waited in pain and ure giving false hope

Bagi 1 star je. Sebab tak mesra kanak2. Bawa anak bawah 2thn tengah demam & cirit birit sepatutnya kasi lah awal sikit ke.. Dah lah tak systematic. Number pun tak ada.. Tak tahu ke budak tengah sakit kuat meragam? Tunggu lama2 dengan tempat yang sempit. Tukar pampers anak sekejap kat dalam kereta. Bila masuk semula ke dalam klinik staf cakap nama dah panggil WITHOUT beritahu nama dah cancle. Tunggu sekejap, tapi nama orang lain yang dipanggil. Bila tanya staf lain kata nama tiada dalam system. Nama dah cancle. Staf sebelum tu sikit tak inform nama dah cancle. Dah lah mula masam. Menyakitkan hati. Macam banyak sangat kerja. No emphaty. Buang masa aku je. Poor service 👎🏼
