Experienced Dr Tan explained the whole condition of our teeth, after cleaning she suggested to cure the decay tooth. Throughout the process she's been patience and friendly. She ensure that we are comfortable with the teeth condition only then release us. Will definitely come again if visit nibong tebal again. Thank u Dr Tan.

I went and make appointment to get my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Hoo was really helpful and detail in explaning my teeth condition in layman term. He even asked his nurse to give me a mirror and show me my tooth that having problem. I havent go through with the extration yet. But just with the consultation alone me made me went through a nice experience. I hope my minor surgery will go through smoothly next Tuesday.

To be frank that we wont expect appointment will be On Time. But we waiting there from 10am and 1045am to be exact still waiting and what we furious about is - we saw couple of people getting in (straigh walk in) . May i know, what is the point of making appointment???Really really dissapointed !!
