The rooms need a few thing to look by the owner,
1.No stand mirror for changing clothes, and 2.NO small table or drawer for charging gadget beside bed,
And at boiling water or at refrigerator should have one small basin / sink to wash all the used cups and glasses,
And at hall better install aircon coz' very hot during day time even there is two ceiling fan available,
Other was ok.

(This is not a complaint but for something owner to look thro'...and to improve, for better to accommodate.)

tempat yg selesa, jarak dari bandar muar tidak jauh dan sekitar rumah dlm taman tu tidak bising. parking mudah.
