very welcoming and friendly staff in the outlet walaupun ada beberapa customer lain, after entering the pharmacy, I feel very welcoming even I just come to buy a few medicine.

I've been a loyal customer to this branch although i am now staying in KL! Their staff, Farah has been really helpful with her advise and superb customer service. Thanks to her,
with her advise, i've consumed GKB lactobacillus for months and managed to loss weight of 13kg!

Usually come here to help my parents buy stuffs, I noticed that the staffs and pharmacist here more friendly, will joke and share knowledge of medicines and products with us.

I have never been to Alpro pharmacy until the recent outbreak of covid19. I have been searching for face mask and hand sanitiser over several pharmacies. I have been promised by quite several pharmacies that they will call me once the stock is available. However none of them have called me but Mr Kee from Alpro. Their pharmacy have been showing excellent customer service like checking body temperature, providing hand sanitiser to any customer that enter to their pharmacy and even provide delivery service. I am really grateful that Mr. kee was willing to help me and my family to fight through this covid outbreak. The war is not yet ended but may the force with us. Stay strong everyone.

I will go to alpro pharmacy as the professionalism of the phamacist in charge mr Kee Zheng Xun has shown. He always showed empathy and put himself in my shoe. He thinks from my point of view and understand what i really need instead of selling what he want to sell. This is something really different from other pharmacist. I highly recommend if anyone of u drop by alpro simpang renggam, please do find mr kee to serve you. You will not be regretted.
