Bus Driver ALR 7773 from Kuala Rompin to Shah Alam was really RUDE! Calling my mom "STUPID" when they arrived at TBS because she was expecting the same bus to get her to Shah Alam. Instead the rude driver asked her to ride other bus to shah alam. My mom is an old lady dude! Maybe I should call your mom stupid too for raising a stupid driver like you.

Initially i wouldn't want to give any stars for the lousy service of this bus company. This will be the first and last time i am gonna use your service.
I have booked 2 tickets from Segamat to Larkin at 11.30am. While all of us waiting for the bus, we were informed that it will be delayed. So we waited patiently thinking it will just take around 10 to 15 mins but come to our horror, it took 40 freaking minutes of the delay. Can you imagine?? That was the first thing which make me irritated because i gotta reach Singapore by 3.30pm. No explanations given by the agent even with countless times of asking. The second thing that really made me lost my patience is the condition of the bus. As all of us were on the road, suddenly the driver was on call and informed someone that the bus was having problem with their gearbox when he can only use 1,3,5 of the gears and the rest were unable to. I got so much awake after i heard that conversation, means he already knew the bus is not in good condition yet he still choosing to drive all the passengers until Yong Peng and then call for help? It took another good 40 minutes to re-route for repairing and fixing the issue. I was totally speechless and i could hear all the passengers were venting out their irritation and agitation. After all the hassles and delays, there was no apology from the driver. This is the worst public transport experience that i have encountered when i opted the first time for Your Service. You take our time and safety as a joke. I will never choose your company's service again!!!

17th Jan 12pm.
I took bus from Larkin JB to Segamat.
After 1hr 30mins driver stop at Machap Perotnas gas station for toilet break.
Toilet was crowd....
By the time I was out of toilet..... walking towards the bus which was parked at road side.
Suddenly the driver drove off.
Without waiting for me....
How can he just drive off like that.!!!!
This is very bad attitude as a driver.
I was left on the highway...
With my luagge in the bus.
I called my sister for help...
Made a few calls to head office how to settle problem.... After that they blocked her number. The only solution given is wait for the next bus at 4 pm to pick me up.
I had to find my own way back to Segamat.
My sister had to pickup luggage from the bus station.
The driver didn't apologise his mistake...
I will not recommend anyone to take this bus service.

The driver drove very fast but stopped for a long time to smoke. If he didn't spend time smoking cigarettes he might be able to drive more carefully. When we arrived at our destination at 4.45 am the driver braked suddenly and asked us to get out quickly. We are a family with three children including a 7 month old baby. After a night on the bus it obviously takes a little time to get out of the bus. The impatient driver kept repeating aggressively faster, faster to the point of scaring the children. Why not politely warn customers 5 minutes before arriving at their destination that they must prepare to get off, as is done in the majority of civilized public transport? Really a very bad experience and we are now afraid of being confronted with the same driver.

Worst company ever, not deserving 1 star. We expected to be boarded at KL Sentral and we waited for bus there for 3 hours. I called for support and they lied that we missed the bus. We had to rush to TBS station to jump into the last bus.
Save your nerves and avoid this company.

dont ever take this bus, this is happen today on 9/6/2019, trip time 4.45pm but only 8.15pm bus arrive at terminal. Just imagine 3hours+ waiting for bus, can't you bare to wait such long time?? huhu

Don't take this bus if you are catching a ferry going to Tioman as you will surely miss it. They are always late.

Not recomend. Macam kena scam naik bas sanwa. Harga rm 50 lebih dari jb ke kuantan, my expectation macam bas vvip.. Servis macam naik bas lompat2.. bas 8.30 tapi sampai pukul 10 pagi. Lepas tu suruh beli mask rm 1 siap ugut kata nanti jpj saman. Korang kalau dah terbeli better cari lain je lah. Bas stuck tengah jalan, so saya terus turun naik alternatif lain. Sekian.

Bas terkandas tepi jalan highway besar sebab habis minyak (trip ke Tanjung Gemok) 3 Mac 2022. Dari jam 11 malam sampai sekarang 12.20 pagi masih tak de bantuan teknikal padahal masih di highway besar.

Boleh tertinggal feri kalau macam nie. Apa servis macam nie?

dalam tiket bas kol 6.45. tp bas belum 6.45 dah gerak?? apa ni?? lpastu tinggal customer. takkan tak cek cust dah naik ke belum?
