The counter staff is a bit rude. For me, the three staff members are not very friendly, as if they don't want to work. I really hope you can improve your customer service after this. At least greet the patient with a smile. I just control my patience by being gentle when dealing with them. You can look for another employee if you still want to maintain this kind of service.
Tengok komen lain pon bukan saya je pernah dapat service macam ni.
The doctor is good,but the staff not.

The doctor are so professional. Unfortunately, the nurses are not so friendly and judgemental. Of course, I will not come again.

Please improve your staff manner. Kita cakap baik2 staff nak marah2 (at the counter). Jangan berlagak sangat. I boleh je nak marah balik but i still know my limit. Please ya be more friendly cakap baik2 with your customer/patient.
