It was an urgent request, the staff has quick response in my text and was very helpful and professional to assist me. The bouquet is beautifully wrapped and the flowers are superb nice and fresh! Great experience with Mazzo Di Fiore!

During this Covid pandemic, almost all florists are closed. I had an urgent request for a wreath for my good friend's father's wake in Johor that will last only 3 days. Not having any contacts in Johor as I'm in Singapore, I finally found Jun in this shop through Google almost near midnight. She was very responsive even after midnight as it was an urgent request. She also helped me check the exact funeral place and called to verify. It really helped a lot when I don't know Johor that well. The flowers are beautifully arranged to accompany my friend's beloved dad on his last journey.

Last minute order around 3pm and Jun very helpful to rush everything before 6pm to deliver. She’s the only florist that make sure the message is correct and also clearly point which flower is out of stock and suggest the replacement. A pleasant experience with Mazzo.

I needed to send a Birthday gift to a friend living in Kluang urgently, by the same day and it was already 3:30pm. The staff name, Xuan in Johor branch was extremely helpful. She went all out to contact with their florist in Kluang, trying to fulfil all my requests as the clock was ticking away. I was anxious! While waiting for the reply from Kluang, my girlfriend who was trying to help me got a confirm order on her side, which can delivered the gift by today. I was so reluctant to cancel my order with Xuan. I really appreciate her service and kindness! I also highly recommend Mazzo Di Fiore!

Due to the lockdown I was unable to celebrate Mother's Day with my mum this year, but I am so glad I found Mazzo Di Fiore who did an excellent job in sending a beautiful bouquet to my mum on that day. I placed an order online and within a day I got a Whatsapp message with pictures of the message printed on a card attached to the bouquet, then a couple of days before the delivery I got another picture of the bouquet that was going to be sent to my mum (I asked for purple theme and they fulfilled the special request!). My mum was obviously very happy to receive such lovely thought and so I am a happy customer!

I placed an order for delivery in Johor and Jacqueline, the service representative, was very patient when I asked to change the wording on the card. After delivery, she went the extra mile by taking a photo and video of the delivery and sending it to me. The service was excellent and very warm.

I recently ordered a bouquet of roses for my partner in Johor. I am located in Australia. I found them Online, sent them a message via whatsapp. I received a respond almost immediately, they answered all my questions immediately and I proceed to make payment within the next 5 mins after communicating.
