I am giving a five-star rating to support our local business, but there is nothing to praise other than that. Despite a delay of 10 minutes on our 12:15 PM trip from KLIA to Taiping, the bus made an unexpected stop somewhere at KUL and had us waiting for 2 hours to be transferred to another bus, which I believe was the next scheduled bus to the same destination. I am trying to be understanding that merging two passages into one bus might be a necessary operation, but I was unhappy with the lack of notice and feeling like a hostage being forced to depart 2 hours later than our scheduled time.

It seems like this is an added "cost" when traveling with Starmart to rural areas.

express from hell. going to jb from taiping. changed bus few times until the driver don't know who's who, and the passenger don't know which bus. exit at pedas linggi and return back to seremban just to send a passenger to another waiting bus. to management, please change your operation procedure. the drivers are good though.

Bus ok... But before start your journey..make sure...they took right road.. Just in case highway got exident. .they must know other road..to avoid...jemm..
