It has always been a very pleasant experience whenever I visited the pharmacy. :) The staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful. They are also very understanding and helps to make things convenient for the clients. I was recently involved in a car accident where I got immobilised at home due to some fractures that I sustained. Suddenly I got drawn into a situation where I need to get some medication, managed to get in contact with the pharmacy and they have assisted me a lot with the arrangement for the medication to reach me. Great service indeed 👍🏻 I very much recommends the pharmacy to everyone :)

Since I am under quarantine and it is impossible to go to clinic to get medicine, the other place I can go is Alpro Pharmacy. They have delivery. First O called their number via google and immediately got direct communication and instructions of what I need to do. Listed all medication and supplies needed. If I am not sure, they can advise on the medicine I needed or if the product not available, they will suggest alternative. But if you are not sure, you can just cancel from the list. I just hope they have S pay or Grab pay apart from online banking transfer. They use Grab service for delivery, altho my address wasn't recorded in map, they ensure the product safely arrived. Not to mention their good service and had lots of discount fro membership. Really save my day. Thank you.

Always a pleasant experience when visiting them. They provide very good explanation on every of my questions. One of my family members subscribed to their sugo 365 plan for daily glucose checking, very helpful team! From teaching step by step to routine follow up! Alpro Pharmacy is one of the best franchise pharmacy in Malaysia, Matang Jaya franchaise is one of it . This Pharmacy does not only provide typical medicine nor supplementary but also they provided rental services such as Hospital Bed, Wheelchairs, Oxygen tanks with affordable price🤩. which is I've never heard any other type of pharmacy that can provide these kind of services!. Moreover, If you Inquiry about your medicine, they do have the best in-house pharmacist than can help you out and If you need help about dieting plan or making meal plan. they also do have the beautiful professional dietitian as well! which is incredibly great. Most importantly ,most all of the time staffs are super friendly and knowledgeful! Definitely i'll come by and visit this pharmacy again.

Most complete pharmacy in Sarawak. They have wide range of medicines and supplements including their in-house product. Besides pharmacist, they also have in-house Dietitian who can give advice on healthy diet and nutrition which I cannot find in other pharmacy. Their staff is also very friendly and helpful. Alpro is my first choice pharmacy.
