The worse experience that I ever had, On Thursday, July 27, 2023, I went to the beauty salon for face waxing and heels cleaning. During the facial waxing, I told the staff that I felt a burning sensation as she attempted to peel off the wax layer from my face, but she ignored my words and continued to remove the wax. I told the staff that it was plainly a wax problem, and she disputed it, claiming that it was a skin problem.
When I brought this up with the staff, she also admitted it was the wax. I asked her for the boss's phone number. When I contacted the boss.I even asked her what I could do after, and she replied simply apply a cold pack and cream to let it go away. I informed her that this was unprofessional, and she replied there was nothing I could do and that it was your sensitive skin, as she had done for many other clients, but nothing like this happened instead blamed me and said that I might have scrubbed my face and my skin is sensitive. I told her I'd lodge a police report, and she told me I could go ahead because it wasn't her fault.
Please avoid going to this parlour since their service is bad and they are unaccountable for their blunders.
