Saya datang terlalu awal kedai baru je buka tak sampai 10minit, barang goreng belum tersedia & air mesti masih dalam cooler, tapi staff sehabis baik untuk bagi saya makanan & minuman yang cepat disediakan. Staff perempuan melayu ❤ terus kan buat services yang baik ni! 😘 terima kasih layan saya walaupun terlalu awal datang!!! 🫣❤❤🤭🤭

Singgah sebentar membasahi tekak dengan hazelnut latte...

Customer service kena improve lah. Ada sorg Cashier perempuan muka masam je, take order macam terpaksa. Bila request, tak sempat habis cakap dia dh potong. Pls laaa be friendly sikit. Spoil mood betul.

Your food is cold, and your staff is rude and complaining about their work-front customers. Please train your employees about attitude and common sense.

Visit here three times already. First visit, no cashless, only can pay with cash. Recent visit, one of the staffs there was super rude. No other customer, but still didn’t entertain us eventho it’s only for pickup.

A bunch of employees but the drink(yes, one) takes forever to be ready. Their mouth work more than their hands. if you can’t multitask then chat at home pls, not while you work. :)

On 10/1/2024, ada 1 staff perempuan (ada 2 orang masa tu, the rude one yang berisi sikit tu) yang ambik order sangatlah rude dan memang macam annoyed gila kerja!! Diknon kau tak nak kerja berhenti je lah, why bother to work in fnb??? I datang sebab nak support kedai ni because the interior sangat cantik but really disappointed with the service!! Ambik order muka ketat layan orang macam minta sedekah!!

Servis lambat. Staff banyak berborak. Orang tak ramai tapi order dapat lepas 1 jam!!
