Experience: came across this vet on Google and decided to come for a visit. I booked through WhatsApp, and speed at which you get a reply is depending on your luck. But they do get back to you! Friendly and informative. Came after their lunch time, very quiet in the shop and after 10 mins waiting, got my kitten her vaccination and the vet Dr Iskandar was soooo gentle with her and making fun with us as my kitten was quite naughty🤪 Definitely see myself coming back!

Came by with kitto to get her 2nd dose vax around 150 but they were out for lunch. Do take note of their lunch time if you're planning to walk in (btwn 1-230pm if im not mistaken). Can be quite unresponsive on WA/FB but then again, they don't have many staff but alot of patients (5 by the time we left) so be patient and understanding.

Anyway, kudos to Dr. Iskandar. He was very gentle and very thorough in his explanations as well as understanding of my kitten. 2nd dose was a breeze and she's home safe and sound.

Will definitely come back again.

Excelent service. Attentive, caring and really commited to the job with passion. Despite the doctor is not equipped with sufficient knowledge about the disease but he tried to help and cater as best as he can.

Haruka glaucoma eyes has always been an issue for all vets, and all recommend eye removal and judge our decision to kept it. But they, listen and tried their best to keep it with other alternative. As a result, his eyes is better than ever. Not best, but healthy and 85% improvement.

I don't hesitate to bring my other cats who may have issue since they do try to do something and not by the book like its their trainning sample.

The staff, from the reception to the doctors, are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and prompt with documentation and dispensing of Medicine. And Dr. Iskandar is really patient and expressive when explaining the illness/disease your pet is facing, and does so with great professionalism.

Great. I was a walk-in client. I was carrying a stray kitten. From my experience rescuing stray kittens I believe this kitten would die if left unintended. Her eyes were in a very bad state, she had flu and fever. And fleas were everywhere.
This Vet took me and my dirty kitten. Treated her. After 3 days she was eating heartily, her fever, flu and cough were gone. I took her bathed her, shampoo her. She was beautiful and very friendly. On the 5th day she was gone. I think somebody has decided to adopt her. She was a beautiful kitten.
The attending vet was very helpful and caring. The same applied to the staff. I will definitely be taking all my stray kittens to them (I hope not too many).

Had my cats neutered in this clinic. For male cat it cost RM100 and for female its RM150 (unless if they are on heat which may be higher). This includes boarding and medicine which is very cheap esp in Klang Valley area. Quite satisfied with the way they spayed esp the stitches are so neat. So far my cats are doing good. Thank you Dr Maizatul & Dr Iskandar for giving the best treatment for my baby cat, Oyen who caught the Parvo Virus a few weeks ago. Never before have I witnessed a cat surviving Parvo, so in my book you are a miracle worker !! Dr Maizatul was able to convinced me to continue with the treatment and now baby Oyen is no longer a baby and continue to fill our hearts with much love everyday. The doctor is knowledgeable, nice and attentive to the pets. Unfortunately, the price of regular medicines are very expensive.

Staffs and doctors are very attentive and explains in detail for all my questions. Been sending my cats since past 3years,satisfied with all visits.
