Hi Sir/Madam, just want to express my disappointment with clear instructions from fellow police staff today at the station. Called the station before heading there,. asking whether a permit is needed for flight travel. A policewoman answered and said yes, need to come to the station.

Then when arrived station, was asked to do a 2 set photocopy of relevant documents first. Thankfully Parcelhub jenjarom was helpful to help print (printing shop close during MCO). Went back to the station with 2 copies of documents BUT then was told permit was not needed for flight travel - just show flight thinking can already.

Sir/Madam, with all due respect - if permit was not needed in the first place then why still ask to print 2 set of documents? :( we dont stay nearby, its a hassle in this MCO to even find a printing shop let alone drive up n down. And plus it's such a waste of paper if its not needed.

With all due respect sir/madam, hope next time clearer instructions can be given for the benefit of both parties. Appreciate your time and service, thank you.

Saya ada report berkenaan dengan kes scam. Katanya akan dihubungi oleh sarjan tapi smpai skrg xde call pun. Saya pun tunggu jela ape tindakan yg akn diambil oleh pihak polis. Smpai skrg xde call.
