I did treatment for my knee & back pain injury with Mr Jason. Even it's hard to found the caused of my injury, but he really patient and try to understand with many test to find the root cause of my pain. And finally, after found the root caused he get me heal from my pain. Really recommended this place, and I already told to my friend if get injured to visit this place.

Took a group mat Pilates class and really enjoyed it. The instructor was very knowledgeable and modified all of the movements to support the variety of levels in our group. The class environment was peaceful but I feel like I got a great workout. Would recommend.

My assessment was very thorough. The facility is clean and the care and concern for my pain were evident. June asked lots of questions and then showed me ways to help relieve my lower back pain. She demonstrated ways to align my posture as well as explaining exercises to strengthen my core muscles. I look forward to working with her.

My daughter and I went to Yuro Physio for my ankle pain and help with better posture. The replies to my inquiries before our appointments were professional, kind, and quite prompt. This was our first time doing physiotherapy. Both of our physiotherapists (RJ and Zi Lin - aka June) were informative, compassionate, professional, and helped us with our individual issues. They did a free and thorough assessment for both of us. We decided to proceed with a same day treatment. They really took their time with us and explained what they were doing, which helped us learn about proper alignment and what is happening in our muscles and joints. After the treatments, they taught us how to do individualized exercises to do at home. Even after we left the center they have been helpful in their communication and sent videos on exercises when we asked them. We have already signed up for future treatments and look forward to having time with them to fix our issues, alleviate or prevent pain, gain mobility, and to help us move towards greater health. Thank you for a great experience!
