I had very good experience and happy with the car condition. My first time engage with car rental and very worried I will be getting worst car or experience as I heard too many bad things about car rent experiences from others.

But Senai car rent totally blowed my mind. I did not expect my flight to touch so early (usually delay!) and texted Sham to see if I can get the car 30mins earlier, I was lucky that I am able to get my car early and before 3pm Sham was there at the drop off area waiting for us. He went through and explained the car condition.

My family and I were so surprised the car looks new, clean (inside and outside) and no weird smell (some car rent do). What surprised us was there is a phone holder so it is so convenient especially if you on Waze or Google map. Overall we were so comfortable with the car rent and experience. I strongly recommend Sham and Senai car rent.

I found this car rental by chance.

It was the night before that my other car rental informed me via email that they ran out of cars to rent the following day. I was panicking as I dont know who else to contact as i need to rent a car tomorrow morning, and the time was 8.30pm!.

With a stroke of luck, i googled and found Go Green Matrix with a mobile number on it. It stated closed already at the time, but i was trying my luck and see whether anyone picks up as I was in need of a car.

To my surprise, a cool chap by the name of Sham picked up (his number is +60 10-420 6238) and told me he has a car with an hourly rate or daily rate as well if I want to rent. I said i will be only 6 hours. He said ok. He asked for my details. And the rest he assist me with registering online. He gave me the company’s account number for me to bank in online.

I told him my flight arrival is at 9am. He told me i should be out and the car be ready at the arrival at 9.30am. My plane arrived earlier as planned and as i walked out, I found Sham is already waiting 30mins early for me. All i needed to do wss to sign on the form and thats it. He gave me the car keys and voila I am set. It was less than 5minutes and Im off to my next destination.

The car was tip top, brand new and sparkling clean.

Upon returning the car. Sham was already at the waiting area as per the time we agreed.

I would say, Sham delivers a World Class service at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend Sham anytime to anyone who is in need of an urgent vehicle (even not so urgent) when they fly in on a daily trip to Senai Airport, Johor Bharu.
