Staff -Ms Tan (current a/c)very good service, very helpful. They are very professional and they able to solve my enquiry for all my bank accounts related.

Went in at 9.35, done by 9.45. Excellent customer service counter. Also not too many customers at this branch.

I witnessed the incident where the bank staffs took initiative to prevent a scam case involving an old man from happening . Kudos to the bank staff for being alert and kind hearted.

Stated operating hours for ATM as 6am - 12am, but making us to wait at the entrance everyday from 9am to 10.30am. They're working at the ATM during operating hours only. It's happening everyday as the statement of users. Need improvement.

Sounded like wet market! One of your staff (looking like Pakistani) was very LOUD and shouting all the way non stop throught my 20 min visit. Not only a few customers were annoyed but her colleagus were unhappy as well. They said "tiap tiap hari pening kerja macam ni...tak tau nak buat apa". I advised them to complain to their superior but they claim complaint has been done several times but she never change her working attitude. I will never visit this branch again.
Otherwise, service was good...thank you to the pesonnel that attended me.

very rude attitude from the staff.When my card get block i ask them for help me solve the issue they keep on say i salah tekan salah tekan my card.i know is my fault tersalah tekan.But now how to solve to the problem?they should assist me what.But the staff keep on say u salah tekan salah tekan.we r human being even salah tekan is very normal thing .The point is they should say nvm we can help u solve the issue not keep on pin point customer say customers wrong n wrong. like owe them million of dollar. even ask them where to get the number they say pergi sana !n we r first time here what u mean sana sana.

I could feel that all the staff are trying their best to work efficiently, however there’s definitely a need in service improvement at this branch.

1. Lack of directory of the queue system.
2. Lack of clarity in Customer service agent’s explanations
3. Lack of professionalism amongst overall service

When u ask them something their face will come out the words unhappy.. Got four customers service counter but just have two counter working… may be they buy too many table and chairs I don’t know… others branch can transfer maximum 100k but they just told me can transfer 30k… I don’t know why???

Counter staff is slow n bad attitude

Online banking only can done if two person attend branch for either one to sign joint account

Staff stay in air conditioner hall while let cust all wait outside without guide customer
