So far,okay jee khidmat yang diberikan,biasalah kalau kena beratur panjang,nak pulakk sekarang kena ikut SOP...Bukan kita jee yang nak berurusan dengan pihak bank,kan?? Good customer service 👍🏻☺

Sadly it took almost 2 hours just to renew the card. The reason due to the need to update your profile and it take ages to bring up the page. I'm sorry but the system their using still out dated. Two star because the staff was friendly and attentive.

Very slow. Though took oku number, we still have to wait and Q! Reason is many people openning account!?!? Is this even an acceptable "reason"? 8 counters only 3 people working, and 2 counters opened and another chit chatting outside the counter! They asked us to fill 2 forms in mini prints! How are okus and senior citizens going to fill and the pens provided have no ink! Perhaps all the govt schemes should give options to choose other banks.

Not Efficient, Taking about 2 hour just for renewing card.

I really don't want to give even 1 star...They will let u wait like more than 1 hour. The service is really horrible

Very bad service and slow, please improve, almost one and half hours nothing no call from counter..

Everytime comes here really dissapointed. 8 counter available but 2 or 3 counter in service. Every customer take about 15-20 minute 🤦🏻‍♂. Worst bank services ever in malaysia.

Worst service ever.8 counter available but 2,3 counter only open.atm machine very terrible, old school, old system & so many problem.always not in service.
