Although I was told of the below average service provided by this Bank, I decided to try my luck since it was the nearest Affin Bank Branch to my house. I was pleasantly surprised. A friendly and very helpful officer assisted me. This was surprising because I wasn't their customer. Nevertheless, my request was accepted and within a short time, my problem was resolved. Maybe, I will become a customer in the near future.
