Have technical problem with the new PB Enterprise. Apparently the HQ KL CS cannot solve the problem. They simply ask the customer to relay the issue to the branch. Thankfully the staffs of this branch were very helpful and acted very fast. Especially to Ms Tr**y, thank you!

Staff (especially Malay cashier, abg botak) try to act friendly to customer but at the same time be rude to them. Service is so slow.

The cashier talks too loud with one another, which annoys me a lot.

Their Apps are no good and so slow.

I came to the bank waited for so long and they entertain people who comes after me 1st..
Please la.. 1st come 1st serve..
I got to wait with no numbers given and they ask me to wait..
So disappointed in the service given..
Going to close my account and don't want to deal with this bank..
