Lotus Seaview Beach Resort

My usually short trip vacation with husband, Been repeating this resort many times already.
Last week our car broke down 500 m before we arrive the resort at 10 pm , i decide to called the resort to ask for help & they are very kind to send us one of their workers to drive us to the resort. The next day, they also offered to drive us back.
Beside, they got many variety of breakfast and all of them is great, Love the private beach, Their room is spacious, clean & near to the beach.
also love the great & friendly service from all their dearly worker’s .

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Lotus Seaview Beach Resort during the Chinese New Year festivities of 2024, and what an absolute delight it was! From the outset, the resort exuded a welcoming atmosphere, with every staff member we encountered proving to be exceptionally friendly and well-trained.

Despite its modest 3-star rating, Lotus Seaview Beach Resort provided an experience akin to that of a luxurious 5-star establishment. Attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the resort's operations, showcasing a highly systematic approach to hospitality that made our stay hassle-free. Both check-in and check-out processes were executed with remarkable efficiency, leaving us thoroughly impressed.

The accommodation was a highlight; our rooms were spotless, offering us a comfortable and pristine environment to unwind in. The spaciousness of the toilet deserves a special mention—it felt like a mini-sanctuary within our room.

When it came to dining, the resort certainly did not disappoint. The breakfast offerings were more than decent—quite a spread for the price we paid. It provided a great start to our days, ensuring we were well-fueled for our adventures.

I would like to give a special shoutout to Athirah, an extraordinary employee who managed to shine both at the reception and in the cafe. Her courteous demeanour, constant smile, and positive energy were infectious, making our interactions with her a pure joy.

The value for money that we received at Lotus Seaview Beach Resort was unparalleled. To top it off, its proximity to our favourite seafood restaurants and cafes was the cherry on top, adding convenience to our delightful stay.

It's without hesitation that I recommend Lotus Seaview Beach Resort to others and it's with great anticipation that we look forward to our next stay. Thank you for making our Chinese New Year celebration a memorable one!

Loved it! The room was comfortable and we were in the sea view room. The hotel has some basic facilities and a small pool as well, definitely a good place with direct access to the beach for kids and family to enjoy.

The architectural and layout is beautiful.
The staffs are friendly.
The food is delicious.
The beach is 'landai', better safety for swimmers.

A good beach resort where you can have a peaceful relaxation staycation. The disadvantage is you need have a transport to move around looking for food and entertainment.

Short escape. A hotel that is quite calm and far from the city's noise. Despite the large number of guests, the hotel is rather quiet. Additionally, this hotel has a stunning view of the beach. For the food, there are numerous options and the cuisine is excellent. It's a good thing that Umobile's line is absolutely awful here. I can stay away from my phone. Next, the customer support is also excellent. Their servers are pleasant and courteous. I’m so thankful and grateful for the peace.

Nice resort with full amenities. Got nice beach side areas with cabanas to get cozy on the night. Breakfast has good options. Our room were located a little far from the beach but still OK. Near pool and functional gym. Room is cozy but toilet door a little broken. Good service. A nice staycation. Note : If you want to book sea facing room, you must directly call and book manually.

It’s a quiet environment. Room is basic and clean. Definitely value for money
Love the foods at the restaurant. Staff is super friendly with very good service. Fresh coconut was not on the menu but they were super obliged to serve us the super delicious fresh coconut drinks plucked from the hotel vicinity. Kudos. Will return.

Easy check in, friendly staffs. We took a family room with two king size beds and a huge bathroom. Easy access to the swimming pool and gym. Nice ambience and conveniently located near the beach. Package comes with breakfast. Enjoyable time with my family.

Best Family Holidays, the resort environment so calm and quiet so privacy ,room so clean and big ,
we choose to stay at Suite 2 Room with nice Seaviews, Our kids so happy,the beach also clean and near rooms just walk 5 minute ,
Pools so clean and safety for our kids Breakfast also so delicious,a lot of variety foods , we love nasi Lemak and prata with curry , we will come to stay here again😁

Our standard room at garden area near the pool. I’m surprised with the room! It is clean, has a functioning microwave, small fridge, stand fan, kettle, iron, iron board, water heater, broom and dustpan. I think its perfect and thoughtful and price is very reasonable!! And has a smoking area, with great view.

overall good..but the mini fridge it's not cool in my room..hope they check it before let the people check in

Good for bikers looking for a safe place to park.

Family friendly resort, more like a chalet. Lots of local families with kids running around, having the time of their lives.

Has dedicated motorcycle lots, behind a fence with a guardhouse that seems to be manned 24/7. Was looking for a base to explore Desaru from, and this was great for that! If I was going on a longer road trip, would gladly stay here again just for a safe place to park along the way.

Wi-Fi is quite slow. Use your roaming or get a SIM card instead. You can’t really walk out to anything, so it’s best if you have your own transport. Most people drive in.

Staff are the best thing about this place! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Selvam and Mr. Endang at the restaurant!

Had 10rooms By pool side. Children were enjoying themselves. ATV by the beach, gym was clean. Room is clean. Near. They had regular cleaning around challet area. Good Breakfast! Pool cleaning. BBQ pit and services was awesome. BBQ is So sedap! sand pit for our family games... Staff was all rounder....working with smile and extra miles.. tho its 2weeks ago... I still feel i wanna return for nex chillax

Hope more food at breakfast, toilet door, please get cover,, the out side person, can see inside (tq).. Overall.. The place peaceful.. In shaa Allah, I will repeat this August.. In shaa Allah bring my children n grandchildren 😊

Suitable for any kind of event and vacation. Worth of money and lot of experience.

Though already been operating for 2 years, the place is like new with friendly staffs to give you a wonderful stay-experience.
Beautiful beach, great menu selections (and generous portions) - good foods and quiet environments.
English-speaking staffs from India, does speak a little local Malay language and conversational English, you'll get all the help you needed.
The receptionists are friendly and helpful.
The restaurant has awesome view of the sea.
You'll be surprised to see a microwave and a standing fan in your room; exceeding expectations!

The ideal hotel to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Why??? because here the surrounding area of the hotel is well maintained, the beach is clean, the landscape is attractive and the cafe is cozy due to the sea breeze. The staff are all very friendly.
