Onward to the ostrich farm. Its so hot the birds are hiding. With a bunch of feeds in our hands, we got chased by the birds in a slow mo manner 🤣 * just hide the feeds from their sight and you will be fine..

Kudos to the main attraction guy. He is so informative throughout and making this attraction amazing

The small shop beside sells the eggs omelette and satay ostrich meat.

Truly memorable trip and great experience for our family.. we learnt so much from the guides and the boss, Uncle Teh. They are really hospitable, warm and passionate about the farm. Ostriches are mild; kids overcome their fears and had so much fun feeding them. However, we were told that there is 1 cheeky ostrich which loves to “steal” spectacles and hats of visitors. 😂 and the omelette is so delicious that boys requested for second serving.

Worth it and very educative. To the point i think they should increase the ticket price. This will help them to sustain the business. In term of what can be expected. They broke the egg in front of us. Give us a detail explanation of ostrich about their age, mating time, female vs male differences, etc. Ostrich omelette is also a must. Very smooth and tasty

It's 20 MYR/pax, it's not very big but it was a very enjoyable visit. They give you a brief introduction to the farm, ostriches and how to pet/feed them.

You can ride the ostriches, feed them, pet them (provided you can avoid getting pecked!) and even step on their egg!

They also sell ostrich food, I highly recommend the ostrich teppanyaki, that was GOOD.

The ostrich farm was an extremely eye-opening experience. Being able to have the chance to interact with ostriches, the largest bird in the world, is not something that everyone can experience. The farm was very educational and the guides and workers are very knowledgable and humorous, and will be able to answer your questions. Did you know that ostrich meat is one of the most nutritional and healthy meat in the world?

At the ostrich farm, you can feed the ostrich and try standing on an ostrich egg, which can hold up to 100 kg weight. For children below 20 kg, you can even ride the ostriches!

Besides interacting with ostriches, you can even try eating the meat and egg of the ostrich!

The entry fee is quite affordable for the largest ostrich farm in Malaysia and I definitely recommend going there!

The entrance fee is 20rm and the feed is 5rm(tbc). Some free roaming ostrich that you can take photos with. The uncle is very friendly to show us around. You get to stand on the ostrich egg! (Max limit around 100kg?)

Tried the teppanyaki ostrich - it is somewhat expensive for the portion. Taste like deer meat.

Overall nice experience to do in desaru. The entrance need discerning eyes to watch out for

Didn’t expect this farm to be this big. At first, I was like “is the farm really here?” because the place was so small outside. The entrance fee is RM20 per person and you can feed them by buying vegetables (I don’t know what daun is that) for RM2. It was an once in a lifetime experience so I think it was worth every penny. The staffs were helpful too. He explained to us about almost everything. He even let us wandered around the place. He taught us a lot. After that, one of the staffs promoted to us to try ostrich omellete which costs RM10. If you want to buy the egg, it will cost you RM100++.

Really enjoyed this place. There are so many ostriches and some were really docile and roamed free.

Kids under 20kg can sit on ostrich for 30 RM, can buy food to feed the ostrich, and there's a real ostrich egg you can stand on. There's also a restaurant where u can try ostrich egg omelette (but I didn't try)

Only thing is wish the guides would be more interested to talk to us (or at least put some info boards). But for the affordable entrance fees I paid I'm very satisfied with the experience.

A very rare place which houses a lot of ostriches. My kids absolutely love it especially with the close encounter with the ostriches and feeding them up close.
You can purchase an empty ostrich shell back for them to paint and Color @ RM 10 (offer period).

A family run Ostrich Farm. Great as an educational outing for the kids. And adults too. 😁

The husband and wife owner team are very friendly and if you have the time to engage them in conversation, there is plenty of information to be gleaned from them.

Going into the farm, try to avoid wearing shiny jewellery and ornaments. The ostriches seem to be attracted to shiny stuff and would peck at them. Their head movements are jerky and very fast. They caught me off guard and pecked my camera. 😁

After spending time with the ostriches, you can actually sit down at a relatively comfortable stall out front where you can taste ostrich meat and eggs. And learn more about the nutritional facts of ostrich meat and eggs.

Overall, a nice experience.

AWESOME PLACE for family! Guides, workers are friendly and professional! Ticket price are reasonable, bought at counter.

Must buy corn and spinach for feeding to make it a complete experience. Make sure you bring a small bag for the vege you bought , ostrich will follow you if they see the food.

We manage to feed the ostrich with clear instructions, unforgettable experience.

Something out of the ordinary to do besides the water theme park in Desaru.

We get to see the ostriches up close and the people there were friendly.

Feeding them was fun and have nice pictures with them

This place is surprisingly fun and enjoyable. This was my first time seeing a real life ostriches and they are suprisingly cute and docile. The admission fee is cheap that make the vacation worth your time. Also, apparently you can ride an ostrich if your weight under 20 kg which I'm not but definitely a fun opportunity for children who want to havr adventurous childhood.
