Salam and hi. I just want to share my experience with PosLaju Jerteh today. I am really thankful and appreciated for what Miss Dira, on of the their staff did. My parcel were stucked in PosLaju KB. She helped me to reach the staff there and told the staff to wait for my friends to pickup the item eventhough it already past the office hour. You have no idea how your actions really helped me. Thanks Miss Dira, thanks PosLaju Jerteh!

Poslaju are now improving. Sent the parcel the day before to recipient received it on the next day. Keep up the excellent service👏

So I went to this place for the thousand time, and the staff told me I cannot send my parcel because they dont have the manual form. And I need to use the online form, which apparently is not compatible with my phone. Not my fault if I cant use it. You should always have an alternative. Very poor service and response.

Items arrived but not to me and they didn't even sent me any photos or call me to tell that it arrived. Now my items missing which I don't even know who received it

Staff perempuan sidai teruk. Dah settle tulis alamat apa semua, borang dah letak dekat kaunter masih tak follow up. Datang orang baru pergi layan orang baru, dah settle masih lambat nak settlekan borang yang dah letak kat kaunter.

Chat tak reply. Call tak angkat. Parcel berhari dah sampai pos laju jerteh. Tapi tak delivery lagi. Duk simpan apa tak tahu la. Servis courier ni out sangat.
