Excellent services for a government hospital, my daughter admitted here for neurology cases. Helpful staff, great environment, a bit annoyed by medical student but i still can handle it ( they are the future generation so we should go easy on 'em and give them chance also. But not too much pels hehe ), good food for a hospital food, only the public rest room are a bit awful and very dirty. I guess thats all pels

Doctors and nurses inside Ward 4D are super friendly and patient, especially Dr Teng.

Entire visit experience is perfect, 1230-2pm & 430-7pm, female guards are friendly, just tell them name and ward, HSI has very positive and good aura.

Fantastic Service for Most Of the Staff Nurse & Doctors especially for their very Attentive work ethic towards me

Dr Lynn from internal medicine is so nice, patient, friendly and dedicated. Even though she looks so tired with messy hair during her oncall, she still able to counsel my relative thoroughly and patiently.

Its rare to find such dedicated doctor nowsaday!

Thank you to doctors and nurses from "Wad Saringan", "Wad 3A" and "Wad 7B" for taking care of my 84yo Mom. All staffs had been polite, friendly and "taking care of my mother like their mother attitude" during her 5 days stay at the HSI. We were unable to visit or "look after" of my Mom because of the hospital's tight SOP but we can still ask for her health information and condition thru phone calls every day. Keep it up HSI and thanks again. Sincerely from my sister and me.

I went to Emergency at ZON TRIAGE BENCANA approx at 11:00PM on 22/2/22,

Firstly i was a bit disappointed because there’s no other nurses/doctor at COVID area, and i approach this one guy not sure he’s Nurse/Doctor, saying I’m covid positive and need to check my oxygen rate due to I’m having short-breath.

He kindly assist me checking my PCR test result to my pulse and oxygen level.

And explain well about my medication, and even sharing tips how to take my medicine if want to recover fast.

Hope HSI well recognize this guys even when situations got though, he really did with passion.

Finding parking space here is a nightmare.

I want to say big fat thank you for DR Amar and Dr Anusha and the beloved nurses for the ongoing support to my Sister Vasanda Rajoo who is on her last leg. Was at the gyneacologist specialist in the hospital. Attended by Dr Norhafiza>Alexander University. She and the staffs are super friendly. Though we had to wait for an hour to be called, its worth waiting. Frankly speaking the service is way better than Regency Hospital Specialist which cost more. The second opinion we had on child's surgery is much more logical and appreciated. Thank you to Doctor Norhafiza and nurses.

Probably have the best O&G in Johor. Hope the people visiting don't litter. There is lack of car park, and the car park is not wheelchair friendly.

Everything is satisfying me include the doctor's attitude, other staffs' attitude. Also I love spending my time at the garden park while waiting for my mom

Its owsome place to gt da treatment n medicine...u will meet nice people here...nice staff...very welcoming and very kind.

Must make effort to visit it to get what you needed, there's a enquiry counter right in front at the entrance.

Don't expect fast, it is a government hospital. But good quality service and professional equipment.
