Cemara spa the besttt...urutannm dy mmg cover all body part..bilik privasi..staff yg soft spoken, ramah..baru pgi tdi buat treatment pakej tun teja hmpaaa.. x sdaq dh zohor..mmg bestt smpai rsa xnk balikkk...hahahahaa layanan satu hal baik pyaa...pstu treatment dy puass hatiiiii... Very worth it !! Bayaq ratus ratus pon brbaloiii yaaa... Kulit jd smooth..wangi..bdn segar..jgn brkira dgn bdn kita..manjakan bdn kitaa utk keselesaan kita jgk...jaga anugerah allah ni..so pakat pakat booking nahhh kt cemara spa ni..ni review ikhlasss n jujurr dri someone yg first time try spa. 5 bintang untuk tempt, harga dan suasana. I love this place, pergi spa ni dari seblom zaman covid lgi. Selepas covid ingt nak repeat tapi bila p therapist main phone. Sambil urut sambil main phone. Mood okay terus ta ok. I need relaxing service sbb tu i p spa.

We’re from KL, i’m bringging my mom for massage & thinking to hv a facial for myself but i cancelled it. The receptionist are so unfriendly. The staff were chitchatting at the front desk ignoring us. They’re not welcoming us, until i speak first. Then just telling us to wait without giving any details like, how long should we wait? And why?. After telling us to wait, they just continue chitchatting. So unprofessional. I hope the manager take note about this, l’m so dissappointed.

I just go there yesterday . The receptionist kind of unfriendly . The staff also chitchat and make a video call while doing her work . Unprofessional . But the price is lower than other place so yeah maybe you should try it !

The girl at the front desk are rude.
After done with the treatment, muka tak bersih. Not properly cleaned. Masih ada masker dekat muka. Kena cuci sendiri.
Service sepatutnya 90 minit. Tapi 60 minit sahaja.
When i said ”sakit” while removes the white head. The spa girl replied “sakit tera mana sangat”.
Pls consider another place to get the treatment. We pay for the service.

Saya hanya cakap fakta. Sebagai seorang yg selalu pegi spa, ni Pertama Kali pegi spa di mana pekerja spa suka memaksa pelanggan. Pertama, receptionist cakap masa sauna boleh main phone. Kemudian, pekerja spa cakap tak boleh dengan cara keras nada suara. Sepatutnya cakap elok elok Dan kita faham. Kedua, pekerja spa Dan receptionist cakap tak boleh pakai underwear. Saya cakap saya tak comfortable Tanpa underwear. Pekerja spa insisted. Saya cakap saya yang bayar so saya tidak mahu Dan saya pelanggan maka jangan paksa pelanggan. Dan saya beritahu adik saya yang turut pergi spa di bilik lain, bahawa dia juga tak perlu pakai. Do not make your client feel uncomfortable and please respect boundaries. Ketiga, kena buang petal sendiri. Saya diberitahu supaya kutip petals bunga dalam bath tub and masukkan dalam mangkuk. Saya bayar 130 per person. Why saya kena buang sendiri? Keempat,bunyi bising di luar. Kelima, pekerja yang tak mesra Dan suka paksa orang. Sama macam point kedua saya. Not going to go back. Saya sarankan jangan pergi.
