I think pos malaysia especially pokok sena branch need to sent the staff to communication skills course... Not all customer know how the post office operate... There a various people with a different knowledge.. Please your customer... Ask your client to take number ... Then ask them to sit first.. Politely.. Not just say.." For what you take number, if you don't want to wait till we call the number".. That time was 8.45am.. And the customer only 3 person.... Please put a smile.... Poor that uncle...

The staff too leisure and keep customer waited too long. Not so efficient. The worst pos branch I ever visit.. 😭 suitable for local. Pity local for having this kind of service.
