This place is the HQ place with umrah needs at the ground floor and office at the first floor .There's food stalls in front and the seminar place is also at the first floor but different lot.
Ustaz told to make a review on Facebook but I rather post it here with pictures *let the pictures talk* plus I dislike fb haha.
So this is my most honest review regarding umrah from 23/11-6/12 .
We went to Medina first and all I can say it's great we went there first rather to Makkah first. All the jet lagged and time zoning can be adjusted first before performing umrah. The temperature was cold and really comforting about 17 degree Celsius. Feel at ease doing ibadah. The temperature at Makkah also nice about 34.
Ustaz Yunus is really helpful up till now with all the details and preaching, guess that orang tikam Batu will one day be the imam of masjidil Haram. *jkjk but after all he is nice and a lot of humor. He keeps giving reminder as of course we human often forget. Reminder on doing umrah, solat and all the good ISLAM practices.
On the way from one destination to another, he gave preaching that touches your soul *sorry I'm a bit dramatic but it's true, it's nice to hear something you can relate cause I cried. The way ustaz ceramah is the highlight.
There's total of 5 umrah in this package but it depends on your strength.
The ustaz also gave information on what to buy and what's not with tips and what so ever regarding shopping and handling seller and surrounding people.
In many places, unlike others (some agency) just let their travelers wander around but Ustaz told many stories and moral about some things and historical background at all of the place, it's nice to have someone to tell you the history when you don't really learn about it.
The staffs at Medina, Makkah or Malaysia are all friendly and helpful. I don't know what else to say just let the pictures talk however feel free to ask.

One star is lacking as I believe there's a lot can be improve. Things like professionalism and foods. But I guess the month was too hectic and unpredictable, that's why it seems chaotic. After all we are all imperfect. But if you ask me will I go again with this agency? My answer would be YES.
