Sri Kandi Curry House

In Sabah, I would say finding a really good, authentic tasting Indian food is a rare occasion. Lucky for us in Kudat of all places we have Sri Kandi! Mr. Vijay who runs the place with his wife Catharine will ensure that you do get to savour a proper tasting mutton, chicken or fish curry.

Today we had our lunch here. My mum can’t handle the spicy of the curry so she ordered a hot lemon, and she drank it and hope to have some more, so she requested for a hot water refill, and the waitress took her glass and came back with a full glass of hot water. She put it on our table with a word “Panas ya.” And she went back to work. I’m so amazed because most of the waiters would not have this kindly reminder because we both know what is the order. Maybe some of them will like refill the hot water and just put it back and that’s all. But her kindly reminder makes me so good, even though she is serving my mother but not me, but the service is really nice.

Lovely fresh fish curry,lamb gravy,chicken dry Indian gravy and lots more. All friendly waitresses.Be there before 12 noon.you get everything.

Lovely place for authentic Malaysian Indian food.worth your money.the fish curry ,chicken pirattal and mutton.
